What Theori expects from our tenants
Creating a successful tenancy is a shared responsibility. We ask all tenants to help us maintain safe, well-managed homes by meeting the following expectations.
Pay your rent on time
Paying your rent as agreed helps ensure your tenancy runs smoothly. If you're experiencing financial difficulties, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your circumstances and provide appropriate guidance where available.
Look after your home
Please keep your property clean, tidy, and in good condition. While normal wear and tear is expected, tenants are responsible for taking reasonable care of their home and reporting any damage promptly.
Report repairs quickly
If you notice a repair or maintenance issue, let us know as soon as possible. Reporting problems early often prevents them from becoming larger, more costly repairs.
Be a good neighbour
Treat neighbours, visitors, and the local community with respect. Excessive noise, anti-social behaviour, or activities that negatively affect others will not be tolerated.
Allow access when required
Occasionally, we need access to carry out safety inspections, maintenance, or essential repairs. We'll always provide appropriate notice wherever possible and ask that you help facilitate access.
Follow your tenancy agreement
Your tenancy agreement outlines your rights and responsibilities. We ask that all tenants comply with its terms to help ensure a safe and enjoyable living environment for everyone.
